Ronak Jain is an engineer and entrepreneur from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He started selling online in 2011, launched his own ecommerce portal a year later, and became the first Amazon seller in Madhya Pradesh — long before marketplace selling was mainstream in the state.
In 2023 he reached the hotseat of Kaun Banega Crorepati opposite Amitabh Bachchan, where the name "Jugaadu Jain" stuck — a nod to his street-smart, do-more-with-less problem solving. That moment shaped a mission: simple, low-cost technology for small businesses.
After studying AI & Machine Learning at IIT Ropar, he turned 5S Infotech into an AI-only company building WhatsApp-first automation, SaaS products and custom solutions for businesses in India and abroad.
